Shipping and Payment

The following conditions apply to your order at German-cbd.de:

Deliveries EU:

We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.75 per order.

For orders over €49.00, shipping is free.
This applies throughout Europe unless otherwise stated.

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, goods are delivered within 3 - 5 business days 

for international shipments within 5 - 7 business days from the conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment, from the time of your payment instruction).

For your purchase via advance prepayment:

• We work with the reliable German service provider Micropayment Gmbh and AG.
• Please make sure to transfer your payment to the specified IBAN, including the reference starting with “MVP-”.
• This information was provided on the confirmation page and in a separate email from Micropayment (possibly check your spam folder).
• If you send us a payment receipt, we will ship your goods immediately.
• Once you have ordered three times (total order value of €200), we can offer you purchase on account.
• Please note that deliveries do not take place on Sundays and public holidays. Order processing and customer service (almost always) operate on Saturdays as well.
• If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless otherwise agreed.
• In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
